What we store. ReorderInbox stores: your shop domain and settings; a cached copy of your product catalog (titles, variants, SKUs, prices); the messages you paste or upload for parsing (including any customer name or email they contain); the parsed order lines and their link to the Shopify draft orders you create; and the phrase-to-product corrections you teach the app.
What we do with it. Message content is sent to our AI parsing provider solely to extract the order request, and is not used to train models. Parsed data exists only to build the draft order you review and confirm. We never sell or share data.
Customer data. Buyer names/emails appear only where the message you pasted contains them. On a customer redaction request (Shopify GDPR webhook) we scrub the name/email and redact the stored message. On a shop redaction request we delete every row belonging to the shop.
Uninstall. Uninstalling cancels any subscription immediately; Shopify's redaction webhook removes your data 48 hours later.
